Privacy Policy

This policy describes what gachagang.fun collects and why. The short version: we keep as little as possible, we do not sell data, and most of what the site shows is already public on the Solana blockchain.

What we collect

• Account data. When you sign up we use Privy, which handles authentication and your embedded wallet. Depending on how you sign in, Privy processes your email address or Google account. We never receive your password or private keys.
• Wallet activity. Public on-chain data: your wallet address and the packs you open and sell. This is what powers your stats, the live feed and the leaderboards.
• Telegram data. If you use the bot, we store your Telegram user id, display name and the wallet you link with /me, so the bot can attribute pulls to you in your group.
• Usage analytics. Aggregate, cookieless page analytics (Vercel Analytics). No advertising cookies and no cross-site tracking.
• Local storage. Small flags in your browser, such as whether you have already seen the onboarding.

What we do with it

To run the product: open packs on your behalf, show your balance, cards and stats, announce pulls in your Telegram group, and keep the service working and secure. We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for advertising.

Who else is involved

Collector Crypt (packs, custody, buyback), Privy (accounts and wallets), Solana RPC providers, Telegram (bot), Vercel and Railway (hosting). Each processes data under its own policy.

Public by design

Blockchain transactions are public and permanent. Pulls appear in the live feed and, if you register the bot in a group, they are announced there with your display name. Anything already public on-chain cannot be deleted by us.

Your choices

You can unlink your wallet from the bot at any time with /forget, clear your browser storage, or ask us to delete the data we hold about you (Telegram registration and stats) by writing to @gachagang_bot. We keep data only as long as it is useful for the service.

Children

The service is for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
