Terms of Service

gachagang.fun ("GachaGang", "we") is an independent interface for the gacha machines operated by Collector Crypt. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

1. What GachaGang is

GachaGang is a front end. The packs, the cards, the odds, the vault custody and the buyback are operated by Collector Crypt on the Solana blockchain. We display their public data, let you open packs through their API, and add a social layer (live feed, stats and a Telegram bot). We are not affiliated with Collector Crypt beyond being a partner surface, and we do not hold your cards or your funds.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract where you live. You are responsible for checking that using randomized digital pack purchases is lawful in your jurisdiction. Do not use the site if it is not.

3. Wallets and funds

Accounts are created through Privy. Embedded wallets are non-custodial: you sign every transaction and we never hold your private keys. You are responsible for the security of your account and for any transaction signed with it. Blockchain transactions are final and cannot be reversed by us.

4. Packs, odds and outcomes

A pack purchase buys a randomized outcome, never a specific card. Odds are set and published by Collector Crypt per machine; we display them alongside the machine's remaining pool. Any streak counters, expected values or statistics shown on the site are descriptive information about past activity. They are not predictions, they do not change the odds of your next pack, and nothing on this site is investment or gambling advice.

5. Fees

Prices shown are the machine prices set by Collector Crypt. When you sell a card back through GachaGang, the amount displayed is what you receive: our fee is already deducted from it. Network fees may apply.

6. No refunds

Once a pack is opened and the card is revealed on-chain, the purchase is final. You may keep the card, sell it back at the buyback rate offered by Collector Crypt, or redeem the physical card through them, subject to their terms.

7. Value and risk

Collectible values fluctuate. Insured values shown come from Collector Crypt and are not a guarantee of resale price. You may receive cards worth less than what you paid. Only spend what you can afford to lose.

8. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to manipulate, scrape abusively, reverse engineer or disrupt the service, and do not use it for unlawful purposes. We may suspend access for abuse.

9. Availability and liability

The service is provided "as is", without warranties, and may be interrupted or discontinued at any time, including because of changes on Collector Crypt's side. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for losses arising from blockchain, third-party or market events.

10. Intellectual property

Pokémon and all related names and card images are property of their respective owners. GachaGang is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by The Pokémon Company, Nintendo, PSA, CGC or Beckett.

11. Changes and contact
